Your cost is only $350.00, which includes ALL parts & labor.   

These costs exclude the brew barrel, please don't send it in as it won't be fixed.  Turnaround time is usually under 72 hours. 

You do not need a RMA to send your unit in, however if you can e-mail or call to let us know you have brewer(s) on the way, it would be helpful and allow us to fix your unit and return it as quickly as possible.  60 Day Warranty.
