FAQs, Shipping, and Returns

Monday – Thursday: 8 am to 5:30 pm, Friday: 8 am to 5 pm. Eastern Standard Time.

• Ordering by Phone
Call Toll Free 1-800-445-8363 outside of Cleveland, Ohio area (continental US only) or 216-361-0332 locally. To help simplify your ordering process, please have your customer number ready and either a part number or make and model number of the machine for which you need parts.

• Ordering on the Internet
You can order on-line at www.dsvending.com through our secure web site. New products are added frequently.

• Ordering by Fax
You can fax your order directly to us on our 24 Hour Toll Free Fax Line at 1-800-275-8583

• Can I track my order? 
We use the e-mail address you provide to send you a notification with the tracking information the day your order ships.  Your tracking information will include the number of packages in your shipment and an estimated delivery date. You can track your order here.

• Is there a minimum order? 
Yes, we have a minimum $25 order policy, not including freight.

• How can I pay for my order? 
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard & VISA.  Open an account with approved credit. (A 1 1/2% per month service charge assessed to all past due balances.) If you have filled out a credit application or have credit terms with us, we can be ship your order open account, Net 30 days. Minimum Order $25, not including freight.

• How can I apply for a line of credit?
To establish a line of credit with us, please fill out the credit application on the last page of our catalog and mail it back to us or fill out the online application. You will be informed by mail or email within 14-20 days upon receiving a complete and correctly filled out application with your Federal Identification Number.

• What do I do if my package arrives damaged?
If box has noticeable damage, refuse the shipment and do not sign for it.  If the box did not appear damaged but the items inside are broken, please contact us for instructions.  Do not throw the box or any of the packaging away. 

Limited Warranty
All changers, validators and boards repaired by D & S Vending, Inc., carry a 180 day warranty (from date of repair) which covers labor only. Vandalism and/or tampering with Warranty sticker void all warranties.

Shipping

• Shipping Information 
Most orders received by 3:00pm EST are shipped out the same day. Your order will be shipped via UPS and will arrive within 1-5 business days depending where you are in the country. Your order can be expedited, at your expense, to UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3rd Day Select. There is a $4 handling fee per box. (Failure to notify D & S Vending of a change in shipping address prior to shipping will result in additional charges.) USPS Priority Mail Orders may take up to three days depending on your location, even if your order states two days. Saturday does count as one day, unlike UPS. Shipping charges on internet orders are estimates and subject to adjustments on final billing. We reserve the right to change the shipping method to ensure a reasonable rate. Orders shipped outside of the United States, will be sent through the Post Office and will have a $10.00 fee added to your order.

• Can I track my order?

• How soon will my order ship?
Most orders received by 3:00pm EST are shipped out the same day. Failure to notify D & S Vending of a change in shipping address prior to shipping will result in additional charges. 

• How soon will my order arrive? 
Orders that are shipped from our Cleveland warehouse to locations in the continental United States can take 1-5 business days, depending on your distance from Cleveland, for UPS delivery.  You can expedite your order by selecting UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select. Orders that are drop-shipped from a manufacturer may have a different shipping schedule. USPS Priority Mail Orders may take up to three days depending on your location, even if your order states two days. Saturday does not count as one day, unlike UPS. Orders shipped outside of the United States, will be sent through the Post Office and will have a $10.00 fee added to your order.

• How are my shipping fees determined?  
You will be charged the actual freight charges, plus a $4 handling fee per box. Orders shipped by LTL carrier will be charged actual freight charges, plus a $45 crating fee per skid/pallet. Shipping charges on internet orders are estimates and subject to adjustments on final billing. We reserve the right to change the shipping method to ensure a reasonable rate. Orders shipped outside of the United States, will be sent through the Post Office and will have a $10.00 fee added to your order. (Failure to notify D & S Vending of a change in shipping address prior to shipping will result in additional charges.)

Returns

• Can I return my item?
Prior to the return of any item you must contact Pat to request an authorization for the return. Failure to do so can delay the issuance of your credit. All stock items may be returned for credit within 60 days of the date of invoice, minus a minimum 15% restocking fee.  Special-order items cannot be returned for credit. All machine/equipment sales are considered to be Special Orders, deposits on Special Orders are non-refundable. No returns will be credited after 60 days from date of invoice.

Liability & Legal

D & S Vending, Inc., shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising out of the use or misuse of any parts or products sold by us. Price subject to change without notice. Not responsible for any typographical errors. Artwork is for recognition only and may not represent any specific items. All illustrations, copy, and artwork are the exclusive property of D & S Vending, Inc. and cannot be reproduced in whole or part without our prior written consent. Regardless of how they are categorized, parts may be able to be used on multiple models of machines. In addition, not all models of machines use the same parts, so please use a part number if possible, when ordering. Our website offers numerous parts and service manuals for your convenience. Although we update prices daily, because we have so many products sometimes receive late notice from our suppliers, prices are subject to change without notice. And while we make every effort to be accurate in our communications, we reserve the right to correct any typographical errors. Pictures are for illustration only and may not represent a specific item. All pictures, copy, and artwork are the exclusive property of D&S Vending, Inc., and cannot be reproduced in whole or in part without prior written consent. We do our best to double check every order before shipping. However, we are not perfect and sometimes mistakes can happen while processing your order. We will do our best to rectify the any problem as quickly as possible. We will re-ship any order that is our fault ground shipping at our expense.
