On most items not listed, labor charge will be $45.00 per hour, plus parts. Items received with excessive damage or vandalism may be subject to additional charges. Units found to be beyond reasonable repair may be subject to a charge for labor of time involved with checking unit. Warranty units sent in for repair with no problem found will be subject to a $25.00 charge. Units to be repaired must be shipped in an anti-static bag. Warranty will be void for all units not returned in an anti-static bag. All boards are fully guaranteed with a 1-year warranty.

Advance / Exchange Service:
This is a service we offer to our established customers as a courtesy to minimize down time. If you do not have terms established with us we will charge the purchase price of a rebuilt unit to your credit card. All repair charges will be deducted from that amount & balance will be placed on your account with us to be used for future purchases. You will not receive a credit to your credit card.
We will send you a rebuilt unit in advance for the exchange of your defective unit for only $15 plus shipping & the cost to repair your unit. There is an additional $15 charge per month if your defective unit is not received within 30 days. You will be billed for the purchase of the advanced unit if your defective unit is not received within 90 days. Units sent as an "advance/exchange" that are returned unused will be subject to a $25 checking charge in addition to monthly advance/exchange charges.
