D&S Vending, Inc. is currently using the 2nd wave of LED lighting technology.
Our LED strips utilize only 55-65% of their capacity enabling them to last up to
10 years. They consume only 11 Watts of power, resulting in up to 67% energy
savings compared with standard fluorescent bulbs. In addition, our LEDs when
compared to our competitor’s products will save over 50% in energy costs.

This universal LED light kit works on most machines with minimal installation time.
Included in the kit are two 36” LED pre-wired for MDB aluminum light strips for
most current or converted machines, a 110 volt power adaptor and 6 mounting
brackets.

The LED strips can be mounted using either of these methods

After Disconnecting From Power Source:

1. Use the convenient heavy duty magnets (already attached) and mount to the metal
   along the glass: No tools required.
   
2. Plug into existing MDB connection by coin changer.

Or

1. Using a screwdriver remove screws holding exisiting vertical metal glass trim 1 at a time.
2. Attach mounting bracket to LED strip and mount to vertical glass trim reusing
   the screw removed in step 1, using up to 3 mounting brackets per LED strip.
   
3. Plug into existing MDB connection by coin changer.

The brackets will work on any machine so you can angle the LEDs in any direction.

For National Snack Machines

If you are using this on a National 147/148/157/158/167/168 Glassfront
snack machine, you MUST use the enclosed power supply!!!

TURN OFF MACHINE

1.Plug the power supply into the female plug adaptor (included). 
2.Unplug the harness with the white 2 pin plug which comes up from the bottom of the door. 
   This is the 110 volt line going to the existing bulb fixture.
3.Take the harness out of the clamps that hold it in place all the way down to the bottom of the door.
4.Plug in the power supply with the adaptor end into the white 2 pin plug and then plug the MDB
   plug on the other end of the power supply to the LED Kit.
5.Use a wire tie or clamp to attach power supply and extra wires where you want either on the
   bottom of the door or the bottom left corner of the cabinet.
6. Mount the LED Kit (refer to top of page)

DO NOT tap into the line coming out of the ballast!!!
